1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VALISCI's Confidence Assessment™ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

VALISCI provides the Confidence Assessment Model™, a service that analyzes temperature mapping data to generate quantified performance scores, optimal operating thresholds, and recommendations for controlled temperature equipment. Our services include Starter Packs, Pilot Projects, and Additional Report Credits.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Payment Terms

All purchases are subject to the following terms:

• Prices are in US Dollars and subject to change
• Payment is due at the time of purchase
• Report credits are valid for 90 days from purchase unless account becomes inactive
• Starter Pack discount of $300 applies to Pilot Project purchases
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not:

• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the services to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Redistribute or resell our reports without authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the services

6. Intellectual Property

The Confidence Assessment Model™, VALISCI brand, and all associated intellectual property are owned by VALISCI. Reports generated for you are for your internal use. You retain ownership of your uploaded data and may use the generated reports for your business purposes.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all uploaded data and generated reports as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, the Confidence Assessment reports are tools to support decision-making and should not replace professional judgment or regulatory compliance requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

VALISCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
